57 on the 30th

Today was my dad's birthday

Today was a great day- a busy day- we had church and then we went to the Polish Day Parade to watch in laws march (and dance to polksa in the STREETS!) and then we came home, resituated ourselves, loaded up on all sorts of amazing gluten-free goodies (OMG THANK YOU BAGLEY ALDIS) and had a nice evening spent at my father's house in the company of my sisters.

Yesterday morning I woke up early, blogged, snuck on facebook, saw a sneaky and surprise birthday greeting from an old friend (thank you so much for that moment of upbeat) cried until about 1 and then we headed out and had delicious Indian Buffet- then we went to the pet store (needed chicken food) - then it was a trip to pickup Mallory then off to Mitchell's for ice cream and to see inlaws and then we came home and I took a bath then we all hung out in the living room together and watched Jesus Christ Superstar while I thoroughly explained the cinematography and the thematic imagery present.

This was an insightful year of being.

Thank you for allowing me to be.
Thank you God for Everything.
Thank you always.
Amen.
