My day off

So today is my day off. I didn't really have anything excited planned for today so I felt like keeping the kids home. We're going shopping and out to lunch in a little bit. Today is also Mark's 26th birthday. We're going out to Applebee's later with his mom and brother and cousin. I hope it will be nice. It should be.

Today I'm definitely feeling more of a downer. I hate when things just seem to hit you at weird times. I hate when I worry and become troubled over things which may or may not even be an issue. Silly stuff. And I can't really bring it up because it's his birthday.

I have my other midterm tomorrow and I'm excited.

I have a babyshower to go to this weekend and we're going shopping for the baby and we'll probably pick up some stuff for us as well. I need to pull out the sewing machine and get some work done. I want to make a mei tei for them. I have the fabric I just have to do it, maybe after we get home from our shopping adventure. I also need to piece together my winter coat because it has gotten it's share of wear and tear and more or less needs to be reconstructed. The lining is ripped, most of the buttons have fallen off, it's really a mess.

Well, off to check my Facebook and then go out and about with my girls for some retail therapy!
